Richard Worboys
 Richard Worboys is the ideal hands-on accountant. Practical and versatile with all round skills in taxes and VAT.
He is a lateral thinker who can construct a solution in even the most complex of circumstances.
He is currently heavily involved in advising on the optimum structure for a
number of new enterprises and in the re-structuring of existing businesses, a
highly technical area.
Richard worked in industry before he joined a top 20 national accountancy firm and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1987. He worked as an audit manager responsible for a general practice caseload including well known manufacturers and a futures trading company. Richard has had extensive experience with farming clients, solicitors and regulated Financial Services Act work. He also undertook forensic accounting in Tax Investigation Group enquiries on the full range of Special Compliance Office and VAT cases including prosecutions in both fields.
